Melina is responsible for course management, quality assurance and invoicing at Natural language solutions.
Her comprehensive department includes customer care and advice, course and event planning and trainer quality management. Together with our international team of trainers and coaches and the management, she ensures the implementation of our online and face-to-face formats and evaluates the learning success according to customer criteria.
In addition, Melina works in the field of global trainer acquisition. She is responsible for trainer onboarding and supports our trainers in all administrative and organizational matters.
